House & Cement Render | Texture Coating For New Homes

DESIGN WALL & ROOF COATINGS apply acrylic trowel texture coatings to new homes. We do cement render and house render work for various builders and owner builders around Perth and some country areas.

Firstly we have to render the home with cement render (known as float coat), then the cement render is sprayed with an acrylic sealer and then finally the home is coated with an acrylic trowel coating, colour and texture of your choice.

Please note the roof, all windows and frames are masked with tape and plastic in affected areas.
